At ArtCaseLab, we want you to love your new phone case. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help.

## Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* You must contact us within 30 days after receiving your order.
* Order details and photos may be required to process your request.

## Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Photos showing the issue and a video
* A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

## Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different design or model, please place a new order after your return request has been approved.

## Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note:

* Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
* Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

## Custom Products

Because our phone cases are printed specifically for each order, customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
